Dr. David Ragland
Dr David Ragland is a life long educator, writer, scholar, and activist with a focus on racial justice, transitional justice, reparations and abolition. He is a co-founder and former executive director of the Truth Telling Project. He has served as the director of the Grassroots Reparations Campaign. David is also the co founder of Kibilio and board member of the Peace Development Fund.
With a PhD in Educational Theory and Political Philosophy focusing on Peace Education. Over the last two David most recently taught at Harvard Divinity School, Pacifica Graduate Institute, Juniata College, Bucknell University and many other University’s including Vassar College, Pace University, Marist College, University of Toledo, Washington University among others.
Dr. Ragland taught at elementary, middle, high school, college, masters and doctoral levels over his teaching career. He is committed to nature based, experiential and liberatory pedagogies that transform the lives of students and their communities.

Raina Askew
Raina Askew is a community educator and wellness advocate with over 25 years of experience supporting children and families. Her work centers culturally grounded, holistic approaches to learning that honor Indigenous wisdom, intergenerational connection, and whole-family wellbeing. She is currently pursuing a degree in Ayurveda and Integrative Health at Maharishi International University and serves as Program Coordinator for Crossing the Waters Institute for Cultural Exchange.

Sherly Fabre
Sherly Fabre is an activist with a background in international political economy, conflict resolution, interfaith dialogue, and communications. She is a representative to the United Nations for the International Fellowship of Reconciliation, and a National Council of the Fellowship of Reconciliation USA board member. Originally from Haiti, Sherly has lived most of her life as a Haitian immigrant in the United States. She is a founding member of Proyecto Faro, an immigrant-lead organization whose goal is to weave networks of support and solidarity for immigrants in Rockland County, NY. She also organizes against war, sexism, and racism.
